We provide lawn care, landscaping, turf management, and related property services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if site conditions, requested scope, material costs, or other relevant circumstances differ. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, disclose known hazards or access restrictions, secure pets, and provide reasonable access to service areas. You are responsible for identifying private utilities, irrigation components, invisible fences, and other items not marked by public utility services.
Payments and Cancellations
Pricing, payment timing, deposits, recurring service terms, and cancellation requirements may be stated in your estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Amounts not paid when due may result in suspension of service and may be subject to lawful collection costs.
