Our Gold Turf Program offers a comprehensive, year-round lawn care solution to ensure your turf remains healthy, lush, and weed-free. The program begins in March with an application of macro nutrient fertilizer combined with a broad-spectrum pre-emergent to combat grassy and broadleaf weeds. In April, we apply a blanket spray targeting annual and perennial broadleaf weeds, including dandelion, ground ivy, chickweed, clover, and many more. May’s treatment includes another round of macro nutrient fertilization and pre-emergent to maintain control over emerging weeds. As we move into June and July, our focus shifts to surface insect control, targeting pests like fleas, ticks, and ants, while also preventing white fly grubs and Japanese beetle larvae. In July and August, we apply a summer recovery treatment featuring organic matter inoculation, bio-stimulants, micro-nutrients, and humates to rejuvenate your lawn. Finally, from September to October, we provide a winterizer application with maintenance lime to ensure your lawn’s pH balance and overall health through the winter months
The Gold Program includes two pre-emergent applications for maximum weed control, one broadcast weed control application treating every square foot of turf for perennial weeds, one broadcast flea, tick, ant, and spider control, and one broadcast grub prevention treatment. Additionally, six macro nutrient fertilizer applications are spread throughout the year to provide your lawn with the essential nutrients it needs to thrive. This program is designed to offer a complete and effective solution to keep your turf in pristine condition all year round.
What To Expect From Our Gold Program
1. Post Signup
After signup and creation of your customer profile in our portal we will get you scheduled in our system. You will receive an email with the day we will arrive on your property.
2. Site Visit
Your personal certified applicator will arrive and take a walk around the lawn, noting any existing issues or hazards to be aware of (wet areas, work being done elsewhere on the property etc.)
3. First Application
We will make our application and you will receive an email when we are completed. This email will tell you what work was done, the applicators name and the temperature at the time of the application. Also anything the applicator noted of interest on the property.
4. Recurring Visits
From there you can expect to see us again in 4-6 weeks throughout the season

STEP I: PRE-M W/FERTILIZER (MARCH)

STEP II: ANNUAL & PERENNIAL BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL (APRIL)
- Application includes a blanket spray of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds such as Dandelion, Ground Ivy, Chickweed, Clover and many more.
STEP III: PRE-M W/FERTILIZER (MAY)
- Application includes macro nutrient fertilization in combination with a broad spectrum pre-emergent for grassy and broadleaf weeds
STEP IV: SURFACE INSECT W/ GRUB PREVENTION FERTILIZER (JUNE-JULY)
- Application includes surface insect control including but not limited to flea, tick and ant species. Along with white fly grub and Japanese beetle larvae prevention.
STEP V: SUMMER RECOVERY (JULY-AUG)
- Application includes inoculation of organic matter in conjunction with bio stimulants , micro nutrients and humates
STEP VI: WINTERIZER W/ MAINTENANCE LIME (SEP-OCT)
- Application includes macro nutrient fertilization along with a pH balancing lime maintenance.

TTM (Total Turf Management) guarantees the services listed in this document to be applied accurately and in a professional manner.
TTM will control and protect your lawn from the most common weeds in the Northeast region with levels of protection built into the Gold program. Albeit there are certain groups of evasive weed species that are not indigenous to the area that may enter your property. Including but not limited to species such as: Japanese Stilt Grass, Bull Paspalum, Dallisgrass, Nimblewill, Zoysiagrass etc. These evasive weed species are treatable but may require additional services depending on the scope of outbreak which would be considered outside the gold program parameters.
TTM is able to take your lawn to the next level both aesthetically and biologically by implementing steps within the gold program. These applications will provide root density, vigor and growth, however nature will consistently provide stressful time periods that can create adverse effects. Fungus outbreaks are most common at the start of summer when humidity begins to rise. Turf disease can be prevented and cured but these outbreaks would be considered outside the scope of control that the Gold program provides. Add-on treatments for fungus can be applied upon consent of the homeowner.
TTM uses high end materials that provide the most advanced slow-release fertilizers, biological supplements, refined organic matter and effective active ingredients with the best modes of action. Our experience and expertise allow us to implement these products in a strategic way. As professionals we are able to deduce and formulate a plan on a troublesome area of your lawn that may not be responding as it should. This may require a soil test followed by a Soil Remediation Analysis. These specialty services tell us what’s going on beneath the turf and help us correct a variety of deficiencies such as severe pH adjustments, macro & micro nutrient neglect and gauging levels of alkaline and acidity in your soil. These instances and resources are considered outside the scope of the Gold program.
TTM requires a credit card to be on file for all accounts. Services will be rendered after completion. In the event that payment is declined you will be notified so your payment information can be updated. All services will be articulated, agreed upon and scheduled accurately.
